Note: To get promoted you should have the following:
1- If promoting to V.I.P. you must be familiar to the staff.
2- If promoting to Team Captain you must have 20 game and above.
3- If you are promoting to Moderator you need at least 40 games played in Billy League and a small ban history concerning maphack/game ruin e.t.c.
Please note: The Team Captain rank can be offered to the Clan Leader, depending on his activity on the league.
